The cost of shipping seems high -- is this accurate?

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within two business days of receipt. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment. $25 is the flat rate for regular UPS ground shipping. However, if your address is outside the West Coast, the safest way to get the wine to you is to ship it in a temperature controlled truck which adds $10 to the flat rate. Shipping regular ground across country in hot weather will result in damaging the wine in transit.
